Ms. Yetter has been a devoted member of the Lutheran Homes of South Carolina team since 2003. She currently serves as the Executive Director of RoseCrest. Melissa has over 30 years experience as an administrator in long term care and is licensed in five states as a nursing home and assisted living administrator. Ms. Yetter holds a Master’s Degree from the Accredited Health Care and Health Policy program at the Pennsylvania State University; a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and Management from St. Bonaventure University; is a certified Geriatric Care Manager; a Non-Profit Management Certificate from Duke University; is a graduate of the Certification as a Certified Aging Services Professional, (CASP); and is currently seeking certification as a certified Health Care Risk Manager. Ms. Yetter serves on several South Carolina boards and state committees for long term care. She is an Administrator in Training Preceptor for the state of South Carolina and is a legal expert witness.

Sherry has worked in healthcare for 17 years. Her journey began in this field when she was 14-years-old and volunteered for a local retirement community. Sherry is a proud mother to three daughters and has been married for 19 years. In her spare time she enjoys rooting for the Gamecocks.
Tawanna has been in the healthcare field for 12 years. During her time at RoseCrest she has enjoyed serving and working with the residents. She enjoys spending time with family, going to church, and serving the community.
Short Bio
Sylvia has been with RoseCrest for over 24 years serving in several departments and is now Housekeeping Supervisor.
"I love my job and everything I do," she said. "I am so very glad to work for such a wonderful company."
When not at work, Sylvia is cheering on her Dallas Cowboys.
Jerry has been in maintenance for 25 years, performing everything from robotics to high speed automation. For the last eight years, he has focused on facilities management.
